Created issue 519 to host issues relating to GigaDB deployment into production server using GitLab CI/CD
Looked at Jesse's UCSC tumour map viewer PR
- Merged Jesse's work into ucsc-tumormap-viewer branch in gigascience/gigadb-website with a PR
- Need to update CSV files for database migration with a dataset that uses UCSC Tumour Map Viewer
- Need to check if any tests need updating or creating due to viewer
Look into organising CSS for current GigaDB layout:
- Drew diagrams to show how HTML components are used in home page, dataset page and dataset submission page
- Deployed style-guide deployed in staging server
- Wrote an automated functional tests to check CSS/JS errors in pattern library
- Created PR for pattern library work

Continue work on WL submission wizard
- Fix email not sending issue in WL submission wizard
- Continue work on applying current green layout on sub wizard

Finished work on data migration PR into FUW branch - lots of issues required fixing:
- Reference data problem - some tables need all of their data imported to dev database
- Password issues re: MD5 hash
- Foreign key issues in database

Finished work on unit test for issue 457 add delete button
Created PR 381 - review publisher option
Worked on add hypothesis schema issue

- Looked at Crossref API
- Looked into how to parse XML files

Fix issue 83 - citation box on dataset page
Fix issue 61 - extra column external link
